My day job is doing Security Architecture in a large organisation. This is where I get to write a bit about the things that occur to me in my reflective time.
If you are looking for deeply technical how-tos, this probably wont help you. I spend most of my time riding the architect elevator (to coin Gregor Hophe’s wonderful expression). In practice – this means translating business goals into acceptable technical activity. The gritty detail of which is generally best left to others.
I do a bit of photography as creative expression, and some small electronics projects too. I run a very small home IT system as a way of pretending I’m still vaguely technical.
